I have been meaning to write this letter for quite awhile now and I am sitting right now to do so, so that it doesn’t get away from me. Too often these days people are quick to complain but not often enough do people take the time to compliment and thank those whom are deserving. This deserving person I am speaking of is the wonderful nurse Mina who is caring for our loved mother. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that I have seldom in my lifetime observed a more dedicated, honest, responsible hard working person as Mina. She is the type of RN that one would want caring for their loved one. When she first started my mother did not want her or anyone else because my mom did not realize she was/is ill. Mina was VERY gentle, loving and kind to mom. She knew just how to get mom to trust her. I, personally, could not believe it.
I think I would have thrown the towel in but Mina knew just what and how to approach mom. Mom can be stubborn and Mina just won her over AND Mina taught my brother and I how to speak and approach mom since her illness caused her personality to be different and often difficult. She turned our frustration completely around once she explained the illness and how to handle it. Mina is a true shining star to your agency. I thank you for sending her into mom’s life, and ours…
I used XL Care Inc. to find a nurse and PT. The people that XL Care provided for me were beyond my expectations. They were attentive to my schedule and sensitive to my needs. They are always responsive and available to answer my phone calls. I hope I don’t have to find a new Home Health any time soon, but I do in the future, I will always look forward to working with XL Care Inc. again!
XL Care was so great. I could not have kept my dad at home without them. They were so flexible and always meet my needs. The staff was helpful. I didn’t know where to begin and they stepped and walked me through everything I needed to know. I will use them again when my mom needs help!
Excellent Company! I am so glad I called these folks!. We let another agency go because they were not reliable and the people sent were not up to our standards. XL Care has delivered on everything they promised and we couldn’t be happier with their service and the caregiver they have helping mom. XL Care assisted us nearly six month with the care of my dad. Our whole family was blessed to have the support of such caring caregivers.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and attention my mother has received from this company. We began with them several years ago on a somewhat casual basis as my mother’s needs at that time were quite modest. More recently we have greatly increased the time and attention she receives to keep pace with her advancing needs. The nurses caring for my mother are very compassionate and seem genuinely interested in her well-being. Early on in our relationship with XL Care we had a few hiccups with one nurse and the company stepped up immediately and took care of the problem. We really like that the company places a lot of emphasis on consistency and keeping the same nurses with my mother which she has become accustomed to. In fact, her nurses have really become much like family to her and this has really made the service work for us.
Everyone in the office and the nurses are so sweet and nice !!!! Definitely recommend to friends, coworkers and family.

In seeking the right fit for my Mom’s in home help, I had worked with over 3 home care companies. This BY FAR was the best experience. They were incredibly attentive and accommodating to my Mom (who I have to say is not the easiest patient to work with). The process of getting help at home was not an easy one but they certainly were able to make it a smooth and relatively painless transition. I have recommended them to close friends and will continue to do so. This home health has exceptional and very accommodating employees and friendly atmosphere. I will recommend this agency to anyone.

I, Joe C. have had for the past 5 or so months 2 very bad infections in my left foot. My doctor has had your agency send out nurses to help with the care and bandaging of my wounds. I have been using XL Care Home Health Care for over a month now. They do a wonderful job of taking care of my mother. I have to travel on business and I never have to worry about her while I am working. They hire the best nurses and the office staff is wonderful to work with. I have not have any problems and would not change providers for the world! Thank you. Nurses from XL visited our home 3 x week for nearly 3 months. They were all caring, compassionate and well trained in wound care, but Alex and Maria became like family and encouraged us and stood beside us every step of our journey! Excellent services, Great nurses who are better than my doctor. One of the better home health care agency in the Encino/Tarzana area. Their nurses and therapists are excellent. They’ve been caring for my mother-in-law for over 2 months. We love all of them. My family is so thankful that she could stay at home and not have to go into a nursing facility. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing in-home care for their aging family member.
I am so grateful for Xl Home Health. As most people do before hiring a home care service, I researched several options in the area. Because I am a little untrusting by nature, knowing who the caregiver really is is an extremely important issue for me. In addition, to choosing from a number of skilled clinicians, XL Care does one of the most extensive interview processes that I had found. They also pride themselves on having real, meaningful communication with the families, so you always know what is going on. They love the business they are in and it shows! Very pleasant to deal with- five plus stars!!!

I can definitely highly recommend XL Care for dementia care. They greatly helped my dad and our family care for our mom at home during the last 4 month of her life with Alzheimer’s disease. While not only helpful to my mom, they were a wonderful source of support for our whole family in coping with mom’s illness.
XL Care is the Best. Having an aging parent with daily care needs, prompted me to research and find the best home health care I could obtain for my mother. I was impressed by the multitude of services XL Care had to offer. They were very friendly and made me feel confident in my choices for my mother’s needs. They thoroughly explained what I could expect and how her care would be tailored as needed. After having met several of their company and health care workers…I am pleased to say that my mother is in very good hands. I now have peace of mind that she is being tended to in a loving professional way. The XL Care is always available to answer my calls and questions with an eagerness to put me at ease. I recommend this company to my friends for their aging parents on a regular basis. Their office staff makes me feel at ease as well as an important part of the program.
I cannot say enough good things about this agency. I had no idea this company even existed, and happened to see a brochure at my Dr.’s office. I called to get more information and the very first person I spoke to made me feel so at ease with their knowledge. I set up an appointment for them to come out and meet with my Dad and I about service for my Mom. We thought Mom was going to have to go to a facility because she just couldn’t manage alone. Dad was not getting out of the house and becoming depressed and his health was starting to suffer. XL Care gave us a peace of mind and care that they provide is priceless!! Thank you XL Care!!!
